What is OTP authentication?

Xemii requires OTP two-factor authentication for cash withdrawal/coin withdrawal for users' asset safety.

Authy OTP is a password tool, and its working principle is similar to text authentication. After binding, an authentication code is generated every 30 seconds, and the authentication code can be used to verify the safety of tasks such as login, cash withdrawal, and safety setting modification. This is to ensure the safety of users' account assets and to prevent the risk of asset theft.

You can use OTP by registering with [Google otp] or [Authy], whichever is convenient for you.

Search for "Authy" in the App Store or mobile phone browser to download.

- In the downloaded app, click Add Account.

- After activating by pressing 'Scan QR Code' in the app, scan the QR code on STEP 2 on the homepage or enter the code.

- Click the 'Continue' button in the app to move on to the next step.

- After setting the name of the OTP in the app, press the 'Save' button to save it, and go to the next step on the Xemii homepage.

- Save the key for the 3rd backup of the OTP setting on the Xemii homepage and move on to the next step.

- On the Xemii home page, enter your account password and OTP code, then click Activate OTP.
