Before closing Google verification, you must first determine your current status.

 

Situation 1: A situation where two-factor authentication code can be used normally. You can do this yourself.

* Be sure to delete the Google Authenticator account after canceling two-factor authentication.

 

STEP 1: APP or WEB login

-> Click My Info via the top right menu icon

-> Click “Disable” in OTP

   

STEP 2:

-> Enter login password

-> Enter 6-digit verification code

-> Unlink with Xemii

STEP 3:

-> Open Google OTP

-> Press and hold the account linked to Xemii and click the “trash can” icon in the upper right corner

-> Unlink successful!
